Most people become overwhelmed with the chase to find food that is healthy and correct for their needs to begin with. The increasing lack of real food and news, warnings and advisories on this has put most of us over the edge and we throw up our hands and quit. I am one of them. It's too much, and we don't have this kind of time nor scrutiny to dedicate to eating. So, Zen Dope will give a simple formula that fits all past, present and hopefully future threats of the increasing health maladies aquired from eating modern day food. I thought apples and potatoes were very healthy foods, who could wreck a potato, right? My control over ANY of it regularly deteriorated when the influences from neighbors, teachers and schools brought my children home asking and pleading for foods I did not give them. Rice milk was eventually completely ignored in the refridgerator all together.
Of course "candy" was allowed and handed out at school freely, when several years later my child was diagnosed with borderline hypoglycemia and should have never eaten this freely handed out candy at school. Her grades showed this blood sugar rise and drop during school hours and she struggled immensely with cravings for candy, regardless of the natural sugars I provided for her. Wouldn't you crave sugars if you had hypoglycemia? How could you not?
To this very day I ache with regret as I watch the diets of my grown young adult children as they continue to go through these same deceptions about food and how hard they try to think "healthy" and take care of their bodies. I certainly feel I have failed. But now, I have more courage against social peers as I watch so many of them now sick and falling to illness regularly and fighting desparately for their health. So easily deceived are we who are locked into social limited consciousness systems. Is it too late for us? Maybe, but I would not bring this to you if I did not have at least one antidote.
The fastest way to illustrate what an "antidote" is when faced with something that has already been damaged and prevention is no longer possible is this type of allegory, "If you have mistakenly loaded all your heavy stones to one side of your row boat and you are sinking because of it, rearrange the stones!" In other words, "prevention" is a dismal probability in this particular case of consuming poisoned foods for fifty plus years that has been on your plate. "Prevention" now can only be used to prevent further damage and certainly should be used as the first move in your sinking row boat. Throw out the fast heavy poisons immediately! Then replace the heaviest remaining stones and with lighter ones and then move them around the boat evenly by following the usual advice: "Safest choices in alcohol and drugs, main meal food choices, physical exercise regimes, appropriate vitamin choices, toothpastes and product choices". ALL THESE USUAL RECCOMENDATIONS WILL STALL YOUR SINK IN A SEVERELY DAMAGED BOAT . . . temporarily.
Who can do this now? It was nearly impossible to do this years ago when my little ones needed nutrition and I broke down under their tears and complaints and gave them poison. Now fresh vegetables and fruits are all genetically manipulated in some way or another. What is food now? AND, is any of this going to get any better? Certainly, no. So we have to get a new plan.
Remember, this is not a fairytale, you do not get the perfect problem to solve with the perfect solution. It's too late for that. Now we are dealing with salvage. Prevention for the young, mediation for the young middle ages and salvage for the old. And those are the facts so factor it in!
So here is what it is: You "counter" act for your body health. There is a very slim chance for perfect body health now, but there still really is a good chance for good body health. And this is as good as it gets.

Counteracting the poisoning process to the body by common foods:
1. Presume that everything you are eating today is loaded will pollutants to the body, preservatives, insecticides, synthesized molecules, taste, smell and color enhancers as well as known addictives. Everything! Remember, Cheetos are actually grey in color and have no delicious scent. Understand that you are not obsessing nor exaggerating this in any way, it is blatant, urgent and very real. Possibly you have a superhuman immune system, it surely seems like a few do, but if this is not you, then listen up.
2. Besides undertaking the obvious, eating fresh and non pre-prepared foods as much as humanly possible, begin to add the antidotes and counter-balancers to the body that fight the effects of the poisons you are eating. (This is a heavy and overwhelming science, so we will keep it simple here for a simplier task.)
Let's change the behavior of the of the stones in the boat. We are going to keep the stones, of course, we must keep eating this stuff and real food is scarce so we have body pollutants that are weighing us down continually weighing in, but we are going to float these stones on the water outside the boat on rubber rafts. This takes the weight off of the sinking boat and allows us to move on to repairing what can be repaired of our damaged life vehicle. These stones are the poisons and pollutants in our lives that we can no longer remove or avoid and they are tethered to our life boat as bi-products and residuals of common foods and other menacing products. In our little visual row boat illustration we are going to put a distance between the body physical and the deadly properties of modern day foods.
3. The most potent, speedy and effective antidotes to most of these pollutants are as follows;
NAC (N- Acetyl-Cysteine)
There surely are a few more and a rare few to be sure, such as replacing all cooking oils with coconut oil or cold pressed seseme oils, such as fast acting cold, flu and infection remedies like Zinc, Echinecea, Capsium, such as regular consumption of foods that are in greater value FOR the body than AGAINST the body, regardless of their manipulation. There are a few more things you can use effectively as antidotes and counter-balancers against this food poison wave we are drowning in, but they are a mighty few and using only the three named above will counteract in such great measure that I will focus on only these three in order to make this "doable" for everyone.
CAYENNE PEPPER (capsium) . . . and the hotter the better! Cayenne Pepper FRESH GROUND is the most powerful health remedy I have ever studied in my entire life of such heavy studies. It is a "blood cleanser" and taken regularly, nearly daily, will clean sweep your bloodstream of illness causing pollutants as well as most bacteria and viruses associated with colds and flu's. If you can stand it, it will completely disinfect any topical infections and cure many internal infections. It will stop a heart attack if given orally immediately. It is a BROOM! It is a blood purifier and fairly large amounts of this spice is required to do the job.
Cayenne perfroms in a different manner with the exact same result as an antibiotic and WITHOUT the pollutants in our designer pharmacueticals. Taking a shy level teaspoon of fresh cayenne pepper a day, however you can manage it, will counteract most of the pollutants we are ingesting in imitation foods, GMO's and pharmacueticals. Not all of them, some have stubborn binders, but MANY of them. If your body is fairly cleansed and you have taken measures to cleanse it or have been taking Cayenne Pepper regularly for some time, cut your daily dosage down a bit into a regular regime. You do not need as much as someone who is all gummed up from build up pollutants in the blood.
This is no sissy spice people. Cayenne is the only full volume natural antibiotic I have yet to find viable. Get it in bulk, fresh ground in Health Food Stores. Cayenne cleans out the arteries of all those cloggers and gunk, increasing blood and heart health immensely. Now, you are floating about half of those stones that are tethered to your life vehicle, your "row boat", OUTSIDE the vehicle and they can not weight you down with illness while still being your cargo as "fuel" since no better fuel is now available. "Real" food is scarce.
NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) (amino acid) . . . Alcohol is liver poison, pure. If you drink, you need this. All Pharmacuetical Pain relievers and Over-The-Counter pain relievers contain mostlt Acetaminophen. "Acetaminophen" is something we all take frequently , since we are nearly always sick and in pain. Acetaminophen toxicity is the most common cause of hepatic failure requiring liver transplantation in Great Britain. In the United States, APAP toxicity has replaced viral hepatitis as the most common cause of acute hepatic failure and is the second most common cause of liver failure requiring transplantation.
When you are suffering from the poisons in your daily foods, doctors give you an even more deadly poison to relieve SOME of the pain and symptoms; "Acetaminophen". And everyone is taking this potent poison regularly. Acetaminophen is ADDED to the little bit of opiods that actually relieve pain. NAC is a liver cleanser that is as powerful an antidote against liver poisoning as Cayenne is to a clogged blood stream. Hospitals use just this; NAC, to save a patient from sudden liver failure in hospitals this very day as the main treatment. Acetaminophen is highly toxic. Acetaminophen is poison. Only Health Food Stores carry NAC . . . Pharmacies do not have it.
It does not matter what brand you buy, whether you prefer powder or whole husks, Psyllium is as fibrous as it gets. Again, the deal here is to sweep clean the body of the heavy stones that sink you into illness. Psyllium sweeps clean the intestines of much of the pollutants that will eventually get into the bloodstream. One major consideration here is that if you sweep clean the intestines often enough, those poisons will not have as much chance to break down and enter the blood. This, plus the action of removing deposits and sediment of unnatural foods and the huge list of pollutants we are ingesting from our vital and delicate intestines that may otherwise rot there and cause a varied number of intestinal and colon illness on top of the poisons that enters the entire body's bloodstream. Find the best Psyllium in bulk in Health Food Stores and put it in geletin capsules. Everyday. Two capsules, at least. Now you can actually look into repairing the damages to your life vehicle and stop reinjuring the little row boat you are trying to save from gradual assured sinking when you HAVE to eat and there are no poison free foods available.
If a pollutant is floating along in the bloodstream with Cayenne Pepper chasing it at a rush to burn it out, the pollutant has little time to inflict damage before it is arrested. Do it in this way, as naturally as possible and with eclectic genius, such as suspending the poisons at a distance from the body, when you can NOT keep it out of the body completely. It is a shift of thinking required in this modern lifestyle we are racing around in together.
